DESCRIPTION OF MAIN COMPONENTS
Reactor
The reactor functions as a comprehensive reaction vessel designed according to reaction conditions. It facilitates feeding, reacting, and discharging with high automation. Key parameters such as temperature, pressure, mechanical control (stirring, air blowing, etc.), and reactant/product concentration are strictly regulated during the reaction process. Its structure typically comprises a kettle body, drive unit, stirring unit, heating unit, cooling unit, and sealing unit.
Electronic Scales
Electronic scales are commonly used for rubber raw material metering, reducing human-induced errors and ensuring accurate raw material ratios. They measure formaldehyde, urea, phenol, etc., accurately, minimizing operational errors and ensuring product and production stability.
Condenser
The condenser condenses evaporated steam and volatilized reaction material in the reaction solution, enabling their return to the reaction kettle to maintain consistent raw material ratios, increase resin yield, ensure resin quality, and reduce environmental pollution. Tubular condensers, with their small size, large heat transfer area, and ease of disassembly, are commonly used. For dehydrated glue production, a mist eliminator should be installed on the steam-rising pipeline to prevent glue adhesion, which can reduce heat exchange efficiency and production.
