How does the impregnation process improve the mechanical strength and durability of paper?

The Impregnation Line plays a crucial role in enhancing the mechanical strength and durability of paper, transforming it from a fragile, easily degradable material into a robust and long-lasting product. Through the controlled penetration of resins, polymers, or other strengthening agents, the impregnation process significantly improves the structural integrity of paper, making it suitable for demanding applications in industries such as laminates, packaging, construction, and filtration.

During the impregnation process, specially formulated solutions are introduced into the porous structure of the paper.
